Dr. Yiqing Liang, is the founder of Clever Sys. He has over 25 years experience in IT industry,  and 11 years knowledge in pharmaceutical industry.  He successfully led several large-scale IT projects such as an imaging processing system for Department of Labor and the first information retrieval system in China.  He was among the pioneers to start digital video analysis research in 1994.  He was responsible for technology management of China's 4th largest Pharmaceutical Company  in Shanghai, with over 2,000 employees.  He has won 7 NIH SBIR grants and 2 DARPA R&D contracts.  He was also adjunct faculty at George Mason University and Howard University. 

Clever Sys. develops behavior analysis software and systems for life science and pharmaceutical industry, as well as for homeland security, customer behavior study in stores, and patient monitoring and rehabilitation applications.  CSI's patent-protected technology solutions use intelligent digital video techniques to monitor and analyze lab animal and human behaviors.
