Elizabeth G. Snyderwine, Ph.D.

Dr. Snyderwine obtained a Ph.D. degree in Pharmacology from East Carolina University School of Medicine in 1984. She was a postdoctoral fellow in environmental toxicology at Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health prior to joining the Laboratory of Experimental Carcinogenesis in 1986 as a Guest Researcher. She became a Senior Staff Fellow in 1990 and is now head of the Chemical Carcinogenesis Section.

Research interests: DNA adducts; carcinogenesis; gene expression; mammary gland.
