Dr. Adam Drewnowski is Professor of Epidemiology and Director of the Center for Public Health Nutrition and the Nutritional Sciences Program at the University of Washington’s School of Public Health. He also directs the UW Center for Obesity Research that addresses the environmental, social, and economic aspects of the obesity epidemic. Dr. Drewnowski is a Joint Member of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and a member of the Standing Committee to Prevent Childhood Obesity of the Institute of Medicine, National Academy of Sciences,
